Doize' Dream Teen Each year, the Nancy Doize' School of Dance crowns a member of the Doize' Dream Team.   2009 Doize' Dream Teen Devon McDermott is our 2009 Doize' Dream Teen.  Devon has been on the team for eight years and has been a captain for two years.  Devon received a special award for her solo performance at a recent competition "Grace and Beauty."  We just couldn't agree more!  Devon is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside (and her dancing matches)!  We are honored to have Devon as our newest Dream Teen.   2008 Doize' Dream Teen Grace Wallerstein is our 2008 Doize' Dream Teen.  Not only does she have "grace" when dancing, she also has POWER!  Her performance lights up the stage and you can't help but wonder how she defies gravity and leaps so high.  She is also a beautiful ballerina with the ability to execute technical precision in her movement.  We are thrilled to have Grace represent us this year.  Alex Alias 2007 Doize' Dream Teen Alex Alias is the 2007 Doize' Dream Teen.  Dancing since the age of 4, she has studied all forms of dance: ballet, lyrical, jazz, hip-hop and tap. Alex is the type of dancer who gives her entire heart to dance.  She has a glowing personality that lights up a room and when you combine that with her natural dance talent, she commands the stage.  Stephanie Bautista 2006 Doize' Dream Teen We are proud to have Stephanie Bautista as the 2005/2006 Doize' Dream Teen.  Stephanie is what we call a "Quadruple Threat," proficient in tap, jazz, ballet and hip hop.  Her first jazz solo was awarded Grand Champion at the 2006 California State Talent Competition.  Stephanie recently received top honors for 2009 solo at the Rainbow Connection Dance Competition.  Not only is she an amazing dancer, but she is a role model for all of the dancers in the studio showing kindness, respect and a passion for dance.    2005 Inaugural Doize' Dream Teen Haley Banburry is a class act.  In our search for the first ever Dream Teen we looked for someone who embodies elegance, talent, showmanship and sportsmanship.   We looked for a dancer who was respected by all of their teachers and fellow dancers.  Haley is an amazing talent and sets the bar very high as the first ever Doize' Dream Teen.
